Recipes: Provencal Marinated Chops
4 shoulder chops
2 dessertspoons Provencal herbs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
50 ml olive oil
Spoonful of French mustard
1. Mix the herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and the mustard to make a marinade.
2. Place the chops in the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour (preferably longer).
1. Grill the chops on a low heat, turning regularly.
You can replace the chops with lamb cutlets, for example.
