It is very efficient as it incorporates a side and back infrared burner. The Sear burners work on the infrared principle. In a ceramic body are thousands of small openings through which the gas flows. Additionally, on the surface, the gas burns evenly causing the ceramic to glow. Within a very short time a delicious crust develops on the surface – it caramelises downright.

On the Grandhall Premium G3 Plus Built in gas BBQ, with a single touch of a button, the grill fires up and reaches cooking temperature within minutes. Furthermore, thanks to the built in temperature gauge, you can get the perfect temperatures for baking, oven cooking and roasting.

Above all, the design features a generous 60 x 44.8 cm cooking area, covered with 2 cast iron porcelain-coated grids and 1 cast iron porcelain-coated hot plate. Under these plates, 3 burners are individually controlled using the stylish control knobs located on the front control panel. A chrome plated warming rack sits at the back of the cooking are for keeping cooked food warm. The drip tray catches any juices dripping between the burners and can be slid out from the front of the BBQ for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The 4.6 kW power of the ceramic side burner ensures the enormous temperatures generated by the Sear burner. Of course, the burner can be down stepless, so that it can be used on a small scale as a normal cooking place for pots and pans. The side burner will allow you to cook additional dishes while grilling outside.
