Place an order

It is possible to place an order easily via the Grandhall website. To place a successful order, there are a few simple steps.

Step 1: Choose your product

To order a product, the product must be placed in the shopping cart. To do this, go to the product and press the "in cart" button. Once the product is in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the shopping cart. The payment process can be started by clicking on "Continue to checkout"

Step 2: Log in or order without account

To order the product, we need some information from you. If you are logged in, your details will be entered automatically. Don't have an account yet? Then you can register a new account. After creating the account, this account can be used to log in.

Step 3: Check and pay

Once all steps have been completed, payment can be made. This can be done by clicking on "place order". You will now be redirected to a secure payment environment where you can select your bank and then pay. Once payment has been made, an email with an order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address.

Change or cancel order

It is possible to cancel or change an order. If you decide to cancel or change the order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. This makes it possible for us to make changes before the order is shipped.

Pay

At Grandhall it is possible to pay in different ways. No transaction costs are charged regardless of the bank. A transaction is therefore completely free. For all online payments, payment goes through the secure environment of the bank. This means that you as a customer are assured that criminals cannot secretly watch.
