Returns Policy


RETURNS PROCEDURE

1.1 If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined in clause 6 outlined on the terms and conditions page, the Customer shall comply with the Grand Hall UK returns procedure as defined below. Grand Hall UK will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.

1.2 The Customer must contact Grand Hall UK by either telephone or by e-mail to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. Grand Hall UK will arrange for the relevant packages to be collected from the Customer. A collection charge will apply to returns where goods are not damaged or faulty.

1.3 In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by Grand Hall UK before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with Grand Hall UK cancellation procedure and before any goods have been despatched. If the order has been despatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure as defined in clause 7 (8.2 and 8.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

2.2 Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with Grand Hall UK. Please remember, order despatch normally takes place the same day as payment is processed.

2.3 Cancellations and returns requests made after a product has been delivered and is deemed fit for purpose need to be authorised by Grand Hall UK and given an appropriate returns number. The cost and risk of returning these goods is solely the customers. A credit will only be made once the returned goods have been inspected and deemed fit for resale. Grand Hall UK can organise the collection of these goods and the cost subtracted from the amount to be credited to the customer or the goods can be shipped and paid for by the customer on their own nominated carrier with the appropriate insurance cover. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, complete with non of the internal packaging having been opened.
